The Service Improvement Consultant supports the transformation of People & Culture processes through innovative digital solutions, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic stakeholder collaboration. The role involves delivering high-quality advice, research, communications, and co-designed solutions that support departmental objectives, with a focus on stakeholder outcomes and collaboration. Qualifications Essential: Nil. Desirable: Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery. Understanding of the Prosci ADKAR Model. Special Conditions The successful applicant must obtain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to employment, renewed every five years. The role requires undertaking RRHANEC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) or online Fundamentals course, updated every three years. Refer to the attached Position Description for additional conditions. Remuneration ASO6 $98,478 - $104,165 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
