We also offer access to novated leasing.Nature of position: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: Loy Yang , VICReporting Line: ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance of fixed plant electrical assetsLead electrical troubleshooting, repair, and servicing across HV & LV systemsPrioritise breakdown maintenance to minimise disruption to operationsEnsure compliance with electrical standards, regulations, and safety proceduresProvide hands-on support with installation, fault finding, and repairsDrive continuous improvement across maintenance activities and team performancePromote a proactive HSE culture and identify opportunities to improve safety and efficiencyMentor and support maintenance staff, fostering a positive and high-performing teamAbout YouYoure a qualified and experienced electrical professional with a strong background in industrial maintenance environments. Youre confident leading others, planning complex work, and making sound decisions under pressure.
