Workplace Type: Onsite About Cadia Our Cadia Valley Operation in New South Wales is situated about 25 kilometers from Orange and 250 kilometers west of Sydney. Cadia produces gold dor bars from a gravity circuit and gold-rich copper concentrates from a flotation circuit. The operation includes the Cadia East Mine, renowned for its use of block caving, a large-scale underground mining method. We acknowledge the Wiradjuri people, traditional custodians of the land surrounding Cadia, and run an Indigenous Buddy Program to enrich the workplace experience of our Indigenous employees. As a residential (drive-in / drive-out) mine, Cadia values community deeply, supporting organizations across Blayney, Cabonne, and Orange townships. Who Were Looking For The Analyst EUC will ensure the seamless operation and security of professional applications and end-user devices by supporting implementation, customization, and maintenance activities. You will provide technical support and continually enhance digital data services based on user feedback. The role requires diagnosing and resolving application and device issues, maintaining and supporting laptops, cell phones, video conference rooms, desktops, and mobile applications. Knowledge of security protocols and asset tracking is essential to protect end-user devices and ensure efficient resource management. Key Responsibilities Include Perform maintenance and support for laptops, cellphones, video conference rooms, desktops, and mobile applications. Ensure the smooth operation of printers, scanners, copiers, audio-visual equipment, server rooms, video systems, electronic displays, and meeting room equipment. Address technology issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for professional applications. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Monitor security and integrity of devices and data, implementing security measures and protocols. Assist with configuration and maintenance of end-user devices. Gather feedback to improve digital data services and support. Support regional or global technology projects and collaborate with vendors and contractors. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of IT Service Management best practices and preventative maintenance strategies for technology equipment. You Will Also Possess The Following Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in configuring and maintaining end-user devices. Ability to manage user accounts and permissions. Knowledge of end-user computing technologies and support processes. Understanding of IT infrastructure including laptops, mobile devices, and video conference systems. Proficiency in security measures for end-user devices.
