Reporting to the Business Banking Executive, you will proactively manage customer relationships and meet their needs by providing full Integrated Financial Services solutions through the most cost-effective and appropriate channels. This includes full portfolio management via penetration of existing customers, acquisition of new customers, and expense management. Each day, youll go above and beyond to: Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partners. Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts. Maintain and enhance your portfolios credit risk profile while maximising profitability. Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio. Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion. Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need: A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship manager. Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills. Passionate about business development and credit risk management. Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services.
