Your role Were seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Executive to join the passionate Cabots sales team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts across the northern region, execute strategic account plans, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs while achieving business objectives. This autonomous, on-the-road role is ideal for someone who thrives independently, with high energy, trust, and excellent communication skills. You will spend most of your time visiting customers, influencing buying decisions, identifying new business opportunities, and developing growth plans. Daily tasks include staff training, merchandising, managing sales budgets, and meeting KPIs, all with safety as a top priority. The role offers variety, challenge, and ongoing skill development, supported by an experienced team.
