In this highly rewarding Small Business Banker role, you will be based in one of Regional NSWs beautiful buzzing towns: Orange, Bathurst, Wagga Wagga, or Young. Each day, youll go above and beyond to: Undertake sales-related requirements for a diversified portfolio of small business customers. Build relationships with our brokers and proprietary customers to create and action new business opportunities, as well as support our existing customers. Be at the forefront of converting leads into wins, fueling growth, and delivering impressive results. Perform credit analysis and approve requests for temporary excesses/increased limits up to DCA. Drive customer portfolio risk and compliance, establishing working relationships with key stakeholders. Be the key driver in growing our reach and ensuring existing customers stay engaged, satisfied, and committed for the long haul. You will bring experience in: Managing lending and product requests for small business customers. Understanding customers'' business needs to provide holistic banking solutions. Strong networking and relationship management skills to grow your portfolio year on year. Accountability for managing customer complaints and escalations until resolution is reached. Driving customer portfolio risk and compliance. A track record of experience across lending and navigating the credit process. A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
