Salary, Plus Superannuation and Salary PackagingWe are currently looking for a Trainer & Assessors with Qualifications and Industry experience in Hospitality to deliver quality education throughout Gippsland, Victoria. We seek dynamic trainer & assessors to join our growing team who are:experienced and quality-focused; andable to work in a team environment.Workforce Plus is a not-for-profit organisation in Victoria, dedicated to creating innovative pathways to sustainable employment, empowering people to discover their unique strengths, and actively shaping their future.We believe strongly in partnerships and have extensive networks across Australia to meet diverse needs.We provide training programs across rural and metropolitan Victoria and lead innovative initiatives to assist jobseekers into employment across Australia, utilizing cutting-edge technologies including virtual reality and online training. We have significant experience working with diverse audiences, including Indigenous communities, people with disabilities, and culturally and linguistically diverse participants.The role of the Trainer & Assessor is to:Conduct quality training and assessment that complies with the VET Quality Framework and state training authorities.Ensure adherence to the Standards for RTOs, with a focus on maintaining and recording assessment evidence requirements.Actively participate in acquiring and maintaining student enrolments through marketing, networking, and relationship-building activities.Support Workforce Plus in any capacity that utilizes your skills or that it is willing to develop with you.The key responsibilities include:Maintaining trainer/assessor requirements, including VET qualifications, industry currency, and current knowledge and skills as per standards.Delivering training sessions using resources provided by Workforce Plus, maintaining the integrity of delivery methods, duration, and assessment requirements.Contributing to the continuous improvement of resources, delivery modes, and assessment methods.Promoting Workforce Plus as the preferred training provider to job active providers, local businesses, associations, and the community.Maintaining student records as per policy and ensuring confidentiality.Fostering a team environment by sharing and seeking best practices with colleagues.Upholding the mission and objectives of Workforce Plus through daily actions, attitudes, and behaviors.The ideal candidate must be well-presented, hold current qualifications and industry experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be computer literate.
