Other duties may be assigned.ResponsibilitiesGreets guests with a pleasant smile and provides superior customer service.Sets tables according to event type and service standards.Takes orders, answers questions, and offers menu suggestions.Records transactions in the point-of-sale system at the time of order.Checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.Presents accurate checks and processes payments.Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.Cleans and sets up tables/rooms.Completes all open/closing duties before clocking out.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
