We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients across various industries.The RoleAs our Finance Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in providing both commercial insights and operational support, while providing strong guidance to a dedicated finance team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director - Australia, this is a hands-on leadership position overseeing the full finance function based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dandenong South.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining internal controls.Prepare and present financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.Conduct financial analysis to provide insights that guide business decisions and improve overall performance.Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks (credit, liquidity, operational).Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and providing variance analysis.Work closely with senior management to develop financial forecasts and long-term financial planning.Deliver financial data and insights that enable effective decision-making at the executive level.Collaborate with various departments (e.g., sales, operations, procurement, production) to ensure accurate financial planning and smooth execution of company objectives.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.Coordinate with auditors, providing necessary documentation and supporting audit procedures.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance environment.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years'' experience working in a similar role ideally in manufacturing or like industry, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis.Solid understanding of relevant accounting standards, guidelines, and applicable legislation.Strong process improvement and enhancement skills.Proven experience in people management and team leadership, with a track record of enhancing service delivery and strengthening accounting capabilities.Demonstrated ability to proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through influence and leadership.Hands-on experience with ADP Payforce or similar systems, and proficiency in SAP (ideally).Employee BenefitsIn return, the successful candidate will be offered:A supportive team environment where your contributions are valued.Personal growth within a leading business that offers stability.Opportunity to grow your career.We foster an inclusive and diverse culture and are committed to the growth of our people and business.
