The team includes Home Lending Specialists, Senior Specialists, Executives, and third-party support.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize expertise to explain options, value propositions, and handle queries and objections across various lending scenarios.Build a reputation as a trusted advisor by guiding customers and partners through the lending process.Grow your business by developing internal and external referral sources, including existing customers.Promote authentic, lasting relationships as a CBA advocate.Lead passionate lenders, embodying values to achieve collective success.Use industry and customer networks to stay informed on regulatory requirements and market impacts.Understand clients'' financial needs deeply to meet and exceed their expectations, enhancing their financial wellbeing.Apply extensive product, process, policy, and risk knowledge to describe options and value propositions.Research industry trends and customer networks to stay updated on regulatory impacts.Structure complex applications, including analyzing company and trust financials and securing appropriate collateral within lending guidelines.Ideal Candidate ProfileProven track record in customer service, relationship management, and retail lending sales.Deep understanding of Home Lending products and legislation.Experience in coaching and developing peers.Strong business acumen and market insight.Our CultureWe celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive, accessible, and flexible workplace.
