THE OPPORTUNITY*12-month Contract - Hybrid role across Culcairn and Goorambat.* Accommodation & Travel provided* Site Allowance / bonusThe site supervisor will coordinate all labour and subcontractors to ensure that the construction activities are undertaken in accordance with the project schedule and all quality controls are in place and completed.This role has primary responsibility for ensuring a positive, safe work environment on site and within Ampcontrol and sub-contractor teams under supervision.WHAT YOU''LL DOOverseeing all aspects of specific projects in conjunction with the engineering and production teams, key activities will include:Day-to-day planning of site activities to meet schedule provided by Project ManagerManage all aspects of site safetyCreate SWMS and review SWMS provided by sub-contractorsTrack attendance of all personnel on Ampcontrol Construction SiteEnsure all personnel have required inductions and certificates and record accordinglyCreate a daily log with photographs of site worksFacilitate daily site toolbox talks and recordContinuously inspect works for quality and report concernsAttend meetings with the principal contractor as required and ensure meetings have minutesSite works financial cost controlWHAT WE''RE LOOKING FORTrade qualifications (highly advantageous)Demonstrated experience in resolving problems, including people management10+ years experience in Civil/Electrical Construction IndustryIf youre looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced business that celebrates creativity, problem solving, and challenging the status quo, youll be a terrific fit at Ampcontrol. #J-18808-Ljbffr
