In this role, you will: Be customer-centric - Guide clients through the home loan process with personalized advice and support. Bring innovative solutions - Use NABs technology and products to provide seamless, efficient lending solutions. Build relationships - Develop strong connections with customers, real estate agents, and brokers to grow your network and business. Be results-oriented - Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering excellent service and fostering long-term relationships. What you will bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly. A self-starter who is proactive, driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals. Experience in business development. Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
