This is a new, exciting, and varied role, providing the opportunity to set up the site admin function and make the role your own.Your role:Reporting to the Site Manager, you will manage administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the site office and site administration at our recently acquired Beechworth site. Key responsibilities include:Oversee daily administrative operations, including responding to calls, emails, greeting visitors, ensuring effective site office functioning.Coordinate all visitor and onboarding requests for new team members.Support the Site Manager in developing templates and maintaining accurate site records, including equipment logs, safety reports, and personnel documentation.Promote a safe work environment, assist in managing health, safety, and environment records, report incidents, and schedule safety training.Assist with Quality control administration, including testing and maintaining product records.Manage document control systems and site files.Handle accounts payable and receivable, including raising purchase orders and invoices using Xero.Track inventory, equipment, supplies, and assist with procurement and logistics.Prepare reports on site performance, staffing, and operational metrics as directed.Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the site office.About You:To succeed, you should have:A minimum of 2 years'' experience in a similar administration role, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry.A valid Australian drivers license and ability to travel around the site.A positive attitude and strong work ethic.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Intermediate MS Office skills; experience with Xero is advantageous.Knowledge of quarry industry HSEQ regulations and practices is advantageous.Opportunities for career development, especially in HSEQ, are available within a supportive, inclusive team focused on safety, environment, and sustainability.How to Apply:If this role interests you, please submit your resume and cover letter via the provided link.
