Add expected salary to your profile for insightsPERSOLKELLY brings together the legacy and experience of four organisation that shaped the staffing landscape over the past century: Kelly Services, who pioneered the modern temporary help industry in 1946; SKILLED, who crafted the staffing industry in Australia in 1964; Programmed, the leading provider of operations and maintenance services across Australia and New Zealand; and PERSOLKELLY, the largest workforce solutions provider in APAC.PERSOLKELLY is seeking a results-driven Project Manager with experience delivering complex digital, IT, and data-related projects in an industrial or manufacturing context.You will be part of Qlikview to PowerBI Reporting Migration Project.Key Responsibilities:Your main duties and responsibilities will includeLead cross-functional project teams to deliver initiatives involving data infrastructure, system integration, and business intelligence.Manage full project lifecycle from planning, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, to implementation and transition to support.Oversee development and delivery activities, including outsourced/vendor-managed components.Ensure solutions meet business requirements and comply with internal standards and regulatory guidelines.Collaborate with IT architects and data engineers to implement multi-tiered data structures, enabling scalable and secure data flows.Champion the use of Azure Data Lake and cloud-based hosting solutions for centralized, modern data architecture.Drive the development and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to support business decision-making.Monitor project performance, manage risks, and report regularly to senior leadership on project status, budget, and outcomes.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience in project management within IT, manufacturing, or industrial environments.Strong knowledge of Azure data platforms, Data Lakes, and data governance.Experience working with or managing outsourced development and delivery teams.Familiarity with Power BI and its role in business reporting and data visualization.Understanding of multi-tiered data structures and how they support enterprise data strategy.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is desirable.If interested in this role please apply today or alternatively send your resume to Neema Mehra, neema.mehra@persolkelly.com.au .
