We have an exciting role for an emerging analyst who is looking to build their skills and take their career to the next level. As part of the Planning and Performance team, this role is focused on operational and resource cost data; we leave finance to the accountants. If you are passionate about all things data and using tools like Excel or PowerBI to drive decision making, then YOU are the one we are looking for. We are a broad team with a diverse portfolio and this role offers opportunities to get involved in different areas such as scheduling, timetabling, commercial analysis or resource planning.As Our Performance Analyst, You WillManage and maintain our data sources, produce Excel and PowerBI outputs and assist with cost and operations modelling.Experience And Qualifications-1+ years of Data management & Analytical experience.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Expertise in Excel and PowerBIExperience in Data Modelling and Excel ModellingAbility to work autonomously while maintaining confidentiality.Skills and Attributes-High level analytical skills and basic understanding of data concepts.Possess a high level of problem-solving skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsGood interpersonal and teamwork skillsKnowledge of network management (hardware and software)Ability to understand and apply sound scheduling and rostering principlesThe Benefits For You-In return, we offer competitive pay and benefits and a positive culture that embraces diversity and employee feedback.
