This role involves managing key client accounts and contributing to success through new business development and existing business retention.Reporting to an experienced Regional Manager, responsibilities include:Maintaining client relationships and providing a superior client experience throughout their policy/claims lifecycleLeading client meetings, including discussions on uninsured risksHandling and directing client inquiries accuratelyRenewal marketing and negotiationClaim settlement negotiationAssisting with new business developmentCoordinating processing instructions for quotations, endorsements, renewals, and cancellationsPreparing for renewals by obtaining claims information and performing other duties as requiredPreparing reports and documentation for clients and insurersProviding general broking and technical support to the Regional Manager and supporting team successAbout You:You bring solid insurance industry experience and seek a unique opportunity to grow and develop.
