Youll be managing a client base spanning across diversified Agribusiness specialisations, providing full banking solutions for customers across Horsham and surrounding areas. We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team, and home-life. This team operates between the office, client sites, and remotely. More specifically, you will Work closely with clients, build strong relationships, and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities. Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions. Drive strategy and deal execution, including structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities.
