You will provide high-level strategic advice to the Regional Director, leadership teams, and project teams on complex communication and engagement initiatives. You''ll take a hands-on approach to fostering collaboration across internal stakeholders, external service providers, community members, and different levels of government to deliver exceptional project outcomes.This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage teams in dynamic regional environments. You will develop and implement communication and engagement strategies, monitor and report program results, and ensure delivery within agreed timeframes. Using your expertise, you''ll identify opportunities for improvement, anticipate long-term risks, and implement innovative ways to manage stakeholder relationships.In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you''ll manage reputational and communication challenges, provide expert guidance on community engagement strategies, and act as a stabilising influence during challenging situations.
