This part-time role will be based in Melton, Victoria and will play a crucial part in supporting our growing organisation. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources.Key Responsibilities:Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to support the company''s overall business objectivesManaging the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboardingProviding guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, such as performance management, disciplinary issues, and employee developmentEnsuring the company''s compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulationsIdentifying and implementing HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and wellbeingServing as a strategic partner to the leadership team, contributing to the overall success of the organisationWhat we''re looking forMinimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar HR management role, preferably within the human services or healthcare industryStrong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levelsProficient in HR information systems and data analysisProactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindsetStrong knowledge of Australian employment laws, including the SCHADS Award (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award)Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldWhat we offerAT LIFE WITH CHOICE CARE, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
