What role will you play? Triaging change requests and completing impact assessments for the Treasury Team. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into requirements and user stories. Mapping and analyzing current processes and data flows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Working closely with data & platform teams to ensure regulatory and risk outcomes. What You Offer 2+ years'' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking and financial services. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Understanding of agile methodologies and mindset. Attention to detail, adaptability, motivation, and drive.
