This role is FIFO from Brisbane, based on an 8/6 roster.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled maintenance technicians, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all site facilities. You''ll plan and manage preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, oversee compliance with safety regulations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all systems and assets are well maintained and compliant. This is a FIFO position from Brisbane, based on an 8/6 roster.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, and motivate the maintenance team to deliver high standards of work.Develop and execute preventive and reactive maintenance plans.Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and suppliers to support operations.Ensure all work is performed in line with Cater Cares safety, quality, and environmental policies.Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and cost control measures.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.Ensure data integrity within the companys Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example.Why Work With Us?At Cater Care, we are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and positive environments for our team.
