Michelli as a global education movement of the 21st century.About the Position:As the Centre Director, you will manage and support an established team of educators and build strong positive relationships with families. You will genuinely love children and enjoy the opportunity to model best practices to educators in the centre.Core responsibilities include:Managing the day-to-day operations of the centreLeading, motivating, and supporting the teamMaintaining a high-quality and high-performing centreIncreasing occupancy and maintaining a strong reputation in the communityEnsuring compliance with all regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with a focus on delivering excellent education and careWhat we are looking for:A completed (or in progress) Early Childhood Teaching qualification (or ACECQA equivalent)Excellent understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the National Quality Standards, and knowledge of Qikkids and CCMS administration, as well as the national assessment and rating systemKnowledge of relevant legislative documents applicable to the Early Childhood sectorExperience in leading and managing a team, with skills in conflict resolution and performance reviewsAbility to foster a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvementValid Working with Children Check (WWCC)Current First Aid/CPR, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificatesWhy work for MindChamps?Join us as we revolutionize the Early Education sector worldwide.
