Tableland Fertilizer is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Atherton! Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be involved in customer service, sales, picking, packing, receival, and dispatch of goods to and from the store. Position Details: Full-time position Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm Every second Saturday, 8am - 12pm Tasks and duties: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Loading customer vehicles Processing requests and preparing orders Sorting and placing items on shelves or in bins Preparing customer orders for dispatch Counting inventory and recording data Loading and unloading trucks and receiving goods Inspecting and reporting damage to goods Moving heavy pallets and goods using a forklift Maintaining a safe work environment Cleaning and tidying the work area regularly What we offer: An environment where good performance is recognised and rewarded A flexible and positive work environment To be successful, you will have: Forklift licence or ability to obtain one Drivers licence Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work well as part of a team and independently Attention to detail and high organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work quickly and methodically A safety-conscious attitude towards work Tableland Fertilizer is a family-owned agricultural business affiliated with CRT.
