This permanent, full-time role involves working daily with our diverse client-facing advisors and their clients in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.What youll be doingAssist the Credit Manager and team with debt collection processes.Use technology to streamline debt recovery activities.Compile reports using financial data and tools, and present findings to the credit department.Engage with clients professionally to achieve positive results while maintaining good relationships.Collaborate with senior credit analysts to evaluate credit applications and recommend credit limits.Create reports for Managers and Directors and identify process improvements.Follow up regularly with debtors via phone calls.We want to hear from candidates who have:Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services or call center environment with multiple stakeholders.Clear and effective communication skills.The ability to explain complex financial issues simply and persuasively, without confrontation.A tertiary degree in a financial field is preferred.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Willingness to make outbound calls to clients.Collections experience is highly regarded.Why work with us?We support work-life balance with flexible arrangements and encourage office connection.BlueRock public holidays for our team.Weekly free lunches, social events, and an office in the CBD.Access to 24/7 wellbeing, medical, and safety support through Sonder.Mentoring and coaching from industry leaders.Opportunities for growth and promotion.An inclusive, diverse culture focused on meaningful work, wellbeing, and fun.Visit our careers page or social media (@BeBlueRock) for more benefits.
