Join us in creating a positive impact through your contribution as we continue to uphold our commitment to excellence.Job DescriptionMine Site Cleaner ONLY 1 x 7/7 | Roster: 0200 - 1430, 1200 - 0030Mine Site Cleaner / Utility 2 x 9/5 | Roster: 1200 - 0030, 0230 - 1500This is a Permanent - Full Time position in the Cleaning category. As a Mine Site Cleaner / Utility, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the mine site facilities. Your main tasks will include:Performing general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposalEnsuring all areas are kept sanitary and safe for all personnelOperating and maintaining cleaning equipment and machineryAssisting with laundry services when requiredAdhering to health and safety regulations at all timesSupporting other departments with basic utility tasks as neededMine Site Cleaner / Utility tasks include the above plus:Setting up and clearing dining roomsDishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen, equipment & dining areasMaintaining legislated food hygiene and safety practicesProviding fast, effective service during busy periods with a positive attitudeAssisting the broader team as requiredPreparing and presenting texture-modified foodsDining Room Duties - maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and crib foodHousekeeping Duties - room and ensuite cleaning, making beds (if needed)Common Area Cleaning - emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, general cleaningMine Site Cleaning - cleaning offices, crib huts, bathhousesThe ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
