We empower our employees to think outside the square and dare to be different.About Our RoleWe are currently seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our very friendly and inclusive administration team to provide a positive, proactive and effective front-of-house service.This position is offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, with the part-time option consisting of reduced hours each day from Monday to Friday.About YouIn your new role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere in our reception area and wider office. You will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring seamless communication within the company and providing exceptional customer service.Day-to-day in this role will include, visitor and employee engagement, including answering and directing incoming calls, managing and maintaining the front of the house, keeping the reception and all meeting rooms tidy, assisting our wider administration team as required and maintaining consumables and equipment.To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:Previous experience as a receptionist, front-of-house/customer service role handling general admin, visitor management, and/or call handling.Excellent computer skills and an intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to work with people.Ability to learn new programs and processes.Organised with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise.Please note to be successful in this role, you will need to enjoy being flexible with your workload to accommodate ad hoc duties as they arise.About Working With UsAt WGA we believe a diverse workplace fosters unique and progressive ideas and drives our culture of learning and sharing knowledge.
