Barista Responsibilities: Ensure that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times. Problem solve any guest complaints and escalate where required. Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times. Perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in. Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products, and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, upsell, and cross-sell. Requirements: Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement. High level of communication skills. High level of grooming and personal presentation. Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded. Previous experience with Micros is highly regarded. Legal working rights in Australia.
