The role of Customer Service Team Member involves working in a fast-paced environment on a client site, primarily managing physical and electronic records, including record sentencing, according to set standards and contractual requirements. Main Duties: Mailroom Reception duties File creation and retrieval Data entry/admin tasks Handling and resolving phone and email inquiries Ad hoc administration duties Moderate to heavy lifting Key Requirements: Current valid drivers license, able to drive a van in CBD and possibly heavy traffic Availability to travel to sites in CBD, Mitcham, and Mulgrave Mailroom and reception experience is an advantage; training provided Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail Exceptional presentation and communication skills Ability to work well within or lead a team Excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills Desire to deliver and exceed client expectations We promote an inclusive and diverse workforce.
