As a Personal Trainer, you will play an essential role in engaging members, making them feel welcome, and guiding them through their fitness journey. You will work as a sub-contractor, setting your own hours and growing your business.Key Responsibilities:Design personalized health and fitness programs and deliver 1:1 and small group training sessions.Build and manage a client base with warm leads provided.Participate in Transform8 Our 8-week challenge, involving group classes to gain exposure to members and potential clients.What You''ll Need to Succeed:Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid / CPR certification, ABN, and Insurance.
