You will work closely with the client on site, the installation team, and the production team to ensure the project runs smoothly and on schedule.Essential: Working at Heights TicketResponsibilitiesAssisting with the safe delivery and positioning of large precast tilt-up panels.Working alongside riggers, dogmen, and crane crews.Spotting vehicles and maintaining exclusion zones during panel lifts.Using hand and power tools to assist with bracing, propping, and patching.Ensuring site safety and cleanliness is maintained throughout the day.Supporting site supervisors with general labour and installation tasks.What we are looking for:White CardWorking at Heights ticket (essential)Experience on precast, commercial, or tilt-up panel projects is highly regardedConfidence working around cranes, trucks, and large structural componentsA good attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on safetyWell-organized with good communication skillsOwn PPE and reliable transport to HuntingwoodWhat we offer:$40 per hourImmediate start with ongoing workTemp to perm opportunityMonday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm, with some weekendsWork with an industry leaderContinued development and upskillingPlease send your resume to roddy@nowcareers.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
