Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Assist Guests promptly and courteously by safely directing their vehicles through the parking areas. Direct Guests and Team Members to park in designated areas where necessary. Achieve a high level of Guest service and satisfaction. Stay informed of Casino activities and events to respond effectively to Guest inquiries. Greet Guests and Team Members in a friendly and professional manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Mandatory Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Possess and maintain a valid California driver''s license and a Black Oak Casino driver''s permit, if required. Ability to communicate using portable 2-way radios and/or cell phones. Knowledge of traffic signs, signals, diagrams, and maps. Ability to pass a mandatory drug test. Ability to obtain a valid gaming license. Proof of employment eligibility in the U.S. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate in English. Physical Demands: Lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs, occasionally more with assistance. Stand and walk up to 100% of the work time. Work around moving machinery, exposure to vibration, dust, gases, steam, or chemicals. Wear protective equipment as required. Work Environment: Work in a non-smoke-free environment. Work in noisy conditions and outdoors in all weather. Potential exposure to infectious diseases.
