As an Asset Care Crew member, youll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our assets are clean, safe and well-presented for everyone to use.What Youll DoCarry out cleaning, maintenance and improvements on Council buildings and infrastructure.Inspect shopping precincts, remove graffiti, litter pick and pressure wash street furnitureSpot and report any problems quickly to keep the community safe.Use tools, machines, and Council software systems.Keep accurate records of all work done.Always focus on great customer service and high standards.This role has the opportunity to participate in an after-hours roster, responding to urgent maintenance needs as required.Skills Were Looking ForExperience in outdoor cleaning and general maintenance or similar work.Ability to use tools, machinery, and software.Great attention to detail and a focus on safety.Strong customer service skills.Willingness to work in a team and on your own.Available for after-hours emergency work on a roster.You will also have the following;Experience using a range of hand and power tools.Current Victorian drivers licence and minimum Medium Rigid licence.Valid Victorian traffic control and traffic management certification (Desirable)The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the City of Kingstons values ofWe make a difference We show care and respect We take pride in our work We are better togetherDont meet every single requirement for this role?
