Company DescriptionMercure Alice Springs is seeking various positions in the hotel''s commercial kitchen, including: Breakfast Cook, Chef de Partie, Commi Chef, Demi Chef, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, and cooks. Job Description To be responsible for controlling all aspects of daily kitchen operations in your section. To oversee the preparation and service of all food from the kitchen, ensuring it meets set standards. To conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and food preparation areas. To maintain strict control over all food items issued from the kitchen. To ensure all orders are prepared according to instructions on the check. Salary: $66,000 - $85,000 (dependent on position) Qualifications Hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF diploma and have one year of experience, or have three years of experience in a Chef/Cook role.
