Adelaides Finest Supermarkets Pasadena Foodland is seeking a Customer Service 2IC (Second-in-Charge). This role involves supporting the Customer Service Manager and ensuring smooth operations within the customer service team. This is a 38-hour per week position, operating across a 7-day rotating roster. Applicants must have previous leadership and customer service experience. Supermarket experience is not essential but will be regarded favorably. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in customer service and supervisory roles. Ability to handle escalations and solve problems efficiently. Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively. Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff. Willingness to work across all trading hours. Assist in training and developing the customer service team in processes.
