Your new role:Were seeking a passionate and dedicated self-starter to manage our back of house function. In this role, you''ll:Ensure accuracy of records and stock integrity, facilitating an efficient flow of merchandise from the storeroom to the sales floor.Unpack, label, and organize merchandise in an efficient and orderly manner.Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy of items and quantities.Uphold a safety-first culture for staff and customers by ensuring all OH&S standards are maintained.Utilize the Inwards/Outwards Goods Register for all inbound and outbound stock movements.Provide friendly customer service and support customers with pickups of their purchased items.Maintain store floor and stockroom standards.What you''ll bring to the role:2-3 years of retail storeroom experience.Customer service experience is highly desirable.Experience using machinery such as Pallet Jack, Walkie Stacker, WAVe, trolley.Ability to work independently.Proficiency in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Physical ability to stand for long periods, squat, bend, and lift up to 15kg.About us:Our culture fosters growth and authenticity, valuing inclusiveness and diversity.
