Add expected salary to your profile for insightsFor well over 3 decades,Supercharge Batteries P/L, has been a market leader in the automotive battery industry.Our parent company Ramcar ANZ operates a diverse range of businesses across Australia and New Zealand, including battery supply, battery recycling, mobile service and automotive servicesAbout the roleA permanent full-time opportunity now exists for an energetic and reliable Storeperson/Delivery Driver to join the team in Darwin.Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will demonstrate your exceptional customer service and warehousing skills daily.In this role, you will be carrying out the day to day warehousing duties as well asprovidingsales support to the retail store, which includes battery fittings to different types of vehicles.You will also be required to deliver batteries and associated products to our customers in the region.The main responsibilities of the role, whilst not limited to, include:Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials;Picking and filling orders from stock;Packing and shipping orders;Organising and retrieving stock in the warehouse;Delivering products to customers;Assisting with retail sales and battery fittings;Providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external stakeholders;Maintaining a clean and safe workplace;Adhering to the companys policies and procedures.This role requires a highlevel of fitness as you will be regularly lifting and handling batteries.About youTo be considered for this role, you must possess the following key competencies:Forklift licence with proven experienceDriver licence with a clean record.Physically fit and willing to lift batteries of up to 25 kgs on a regular basisPrevious experience working within the automotive industry will be advantageousExcellent inventory and housekeeping skillsHigh levels of integrity and reliabilityStrict Safety & OHSE Policies awarenessComputer LiterateIf you believe in teamwork and safety culture, possess the key skills and experienceand would like to be part of the team at Ramcar, pleaseAPPLY NOW!Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Evidence of your Right to Work in Australia will be requested.No agencies please.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have a current Australian driver''s licence?
