About D4C Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising John Holland, Service Stream, and WSP, partnering with Sydney Water to deliver design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services across the Southern Region of Sydney. Role Overview D4C is seeking experienced Skilled Labourers to join their expanding team to deliver excellence across the Southern Region. Primary Purpose To assist and perform specialized tasks in the construction and maintenance of civil projects in Networks and Treatment spaces. Requirements Minimum 2 years'' experience in Civil Works (water, wastewater, underground infrastructure) Ability to work as part of a team Trustworthy, hardworking, with a pride in your work and a can-do attitude Extensive experience with hand power tools Current drivers license WHS General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card) Physically fit and able to perform manual labor Desirable Skills and Qualifications HR, HC, or MR licenses (highly desirable) Experience with Tier 1/2 construction companies Traffic Management, Confined Space, Working at Heights certifications Experience with mobile plant and equipment Previous experience on Sydney Water Projects Key Accountabilities Provide professional customer service on-site Problem solving, attention to detail, continuous improvement Work autonomously and within a team to achieve goals Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 7am start, 40 hours/week, supporting capital work projects.
