We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams.A permanent full-time position is available at our Inspirations Paint Echuca store for an enthusiastic Paint Sales Assistant with experience in paint sales. Relevant personal experience within the paint or hardware industries or in home improvement projects is also an advantage.The successful applicant would be genuinely interested in people and their projects, and in providing an exceptional customer experience to both our retail and trade customers.The position is available for immediate start and will include ongoing industry-leading training and a uniform. Wages depend on experience. Store hours are between 7.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8:30am to 12pm.Responsibilities include:Providing an exceptional customer experience to our retail and trade customersTinting & mixing paintFollowing the "Inspirations Way"Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge in paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control, and merchandisingAssisting with deliveries as requiredPracticing safe manual handlingStore presentation, stock management, housekeepingEnsuring Workplace Health & Safety requirements are metThis role involves frequent heavy lifting and carrying, including some over 23kgsExperience / Attributes:Demonstrated customer service with a personalized customer focusWell presented in appearance and communicationAble to contribute and work effectively in a teamProven sales experience and strong knowledge of paint and related productsApproachable, confident, energetic, with a pleasant disposition and the ability to handle customer queries or complaintsAttention to detail, initiative, and ability to learn new systemsAbility to load and unload vehicles safelyHonest, reliable, punctualCurrent valid drivers licenseIf you have knowledge of the paint industry, are enthusiastic and motivated, and have a genuine interest in people and providing an exceptional customer experience, we would like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
