The successful candidate must pass a national Police check and be available for rostered out-of-hours support (on call).Responsibilities:Provide high-quality desktop support to all users, including executives.Set up and support laptops, desktops, mobiles, and peripherals.Support users face-to-face, via telephone, and remote tools.Perform routine maintenance on hardware.Manage and track assets, requests, and incidents accurately.Prioritize support requests and work orders.Maintain detailed service records and notes.Follow safety protocols to prevent injuries.Complete tasks within designated timeframes.Knowledge and Skills:Basic hardware and OS familiarity.Attention to detail and accuracy.Multitasking ability.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Customer service orientation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor and time management skills.Customer relationship building skills.Valid Australian drivers license.Ability to pass background checks, including Police and DHS checks.Personal Attributes:Eager to learn and support new technologies.Excellent communicator who ensures customer satisfaction.Motivated for an engaging and rewarding role.Interested?
