Our goal is to make guests and staff feel welcome and valued, providing the best possible experience.As Restaurant Manager, you will lead Luma, our Chef Hat restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, team leadership, and a refined dining experience.You will leverage your extensive knowledge of fine food and wine, uphold high service standards, lead and motivate the front-of-house team, analyze daily operations relating to labour, product, and expenses, develop and maintain quality standards, and coach team members to maximize sales and revenue. Your leadership skills will foster a positive workplace culture.About YouYou should have significant experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant, with proven ability to manage budgets, stock control, and rosters.
