Reporting to the Store Manager, your duties will consist of, but not be limited to:Preparing cool rooms and back-of-house before daily stock arrivalsUnloading trucks and efficiently storing produce to allocated areasEnsuring organisation of the warehouse is safe and practicalMaintaining hygiene and cleanliness, including regular deep cleansCoordinating closely with retail teams to ensure stock availabilityRoutinely checking and maintaining warehouse equipmentSkills and ExperienceCompetent Forklift operator with a valid licence to operateOpen drivers licence and a reliable vehiclePrevious experience in warehousing operationsAbility to perform heavy lifting and other physically intensive tasksFresh produce storage and handling experience (desirable)The Benefits20% in-store staff discountsFamily-friendly roster (Monday to Friday - 6am till 3pm)Autonomous role allowing you to take ownership of warehouse operationsStable full-time hours with early start and early finishOpportunities for future growth within the businessOn-site parkingYour EmployerConnecting industry-leading suppliers with the New South Wales market for over 40 years, our client is a family-owned premium Grocer specialising in fresh, local ingredients and artisanal products.
