Job Description Our Executive Chef Leigh is seeking a passionate Full-time Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead our teams in delivering exceptional guest service. Support revenue initiatives, control costs, and ensure Total Customer Satisfaction Familiarize with VIP and regular guests Train F&B service staff to meet operational standards Handle guest challenges and emergency situations Organize, supervise, and plan daily team activities Innovate F&B products and services Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role (F&B Supervisor aiming to step up or F&B Duty Manager seeking change) Excellent communication skills with a hands-on approach and focus on guest satisfaction Strong attention to detail and grooming standards Effective time management and prioritization skills Valid RSA required Flexibility to work shifts Right to work full-time in Australia (no sponsorship available) Additional Information At Accor, hospitality is a work of heart!
