About the role:We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated administration officer to join our Wagga team. You will work with a national administration team to support business functions.This is a full-time position based in the office, working 9-5, Monday to Friday.Your Duties:Managing incoming telephone enquiries and passing on messages as required.Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services.Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location, and skill set.Organising interpreter / AUSLAN services as required.Owning site presentation, cleanliness, and event preparation.Completing site audits as required.Listening and taking appropriate action from voicemail requests.Reviewing and forwarding faxes as required.Creating and updating electronic records for existing clients.Assisting with reporting as required.Performing other administrative duties as needed.Role requirements:Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)Previous health knowledge or experience in the disability sector (desired, but not essential)Friendly, personable nature with the ability to provide exceptional customer serviceEffective communication skills, both spoken and writtenWillingness to learn and adapt to new informationSkills in task prioritisation and multitaskingExceptional attention to detail, organisational, and time management skillsAbility to monitor personal workload and manage own time effectivelyAbility to work effectively as part of a teamWillingness to undergo a National Police Check and a Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons CheckAbout ORS:We are one of the largest and fastest-growing family-owned and operated national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia, with a proven track record of over 30 years of delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and client-centred services.Our incredible culture, passion for excellence, stability, and appreciation for individual strengths have contributed to our 1200% workforce growth over four years.
