Headed by a respected Food and Beverage operator with a proven track record of successful Restaurants, Bars, and a national coffee chain, and supported by a substantial 1100 square meter commercial kitchen supplying ready meals nationally, Project G2 is slated to open on September 26th without fail.Our venue will operate from breakfast and brunch through lunch and dinner, specializing in fresh pasta crafted specifically for us in our purpose-built commercial pasta kitchen facility.
