We prioritize customer satisfaction, innovation, and providing our employees with safe, supportive, and rewarding work environments.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. The role involves ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition through quality workmanship. This is a full-time position.The primary responsibility is to deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive quotes for vehicle repairs, utilizing your automotive knowledge and computer skills while interacting with clients and team members.Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will work within our extensive network of repair facilities, offering stability and growth opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to clients and work providersAccurately quote vehicles promptly, meeting repair cost targets and adhering to insurer proceduresComplete onsite, off-site, and online quotes as neededPerform vehicle inspections, mapping, and imaging during vehicle arrivalsManage parts procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective repairsCoordinate with suppliers for additional work authorizationAssist with production management when requiredEnsure repairs restore vehicles to pre-accident conditionHandover completed repairs to customersAbout YouProven experience in a similar role, including estimate/quotation preparation in the automotive smash repair industryExperience with AudaNet is highly desirableExperience with Ibody is advantageous but not essentialExcellent customer service and rapport-building skillsProfessional and personable demeanorStrong system and computer skills; proficiency in Excel is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to meet strict deadlines and solve problems accuratelyTeam-oriented and collaborative approachCommitment to safety and high attention to detailReliable, punctual, and hardworkingWe OfferTeam environmentOngoing training and developmentCareer advancement opportunitiesLatest tools, equipment, and processesCompetitive earning potential for skilled tradespeopleJunior-Mid level tradespeople: $60K - $80KMid-Senior level tradespeople: $80K - $100KIf you are hardworking, motivated, and seeking a career with an industry leader, please apply online.
