MBPH@Home aims to provide an alternative to hospital admission or prolonged stays, supporting recovery and rehabilitation within the client''s own home.The dedicated MBPH@Home Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality occupational therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to case management within MBPHs community programs, including:Transition Care ProgramRehabilitation in the HomeGEM@HomeThis position is remunerated according to the Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Health Sector) Enterprise Agreement, with classification dependent on experience.
