Key Responsibilities Collation of Timesheets / Labour Control / Weekly Hours Aconex or Project Centre downloads and distribution Drawing register control RFI register and control Project Document register control Ensure quality control of all office systems Assist project team members including leading hands, foremen, supervisors, and project managers Maintain Project Logs Manage Purchase Orders and Invoice Logs Maintain employee registers for the site Input data for production controls Assemble Project Manuals for As Built Documentation Record Meeting Minutes Liaise with Client Administrators and Suppliers Candidate Requirements Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, high data entry speed and accuracy, AutoCAD experience, and industry experience in electrical/construction are highly regarded.
