Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join our team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence within the warehouse and in-store.In This Role You WillFollow and prioritize the CSR Never Walk Past Policy personal safety and the safety of everyone around you are paramount.Handle warehouse operations including order picking, stock counting, replenishment, and merchandising.Provide exceptional customer service to all customers (walk-in, email, and phone).Process orders, invoices, and payments.Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.Keep the warehouse and retail area clean and organized.Load and unload vehicles.Your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm.What You Bring To The RoleA strong work ethic.Forklift license (required for warehouse duties).Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet targets and deadlines.What We OfferWe support your professional and personal growth.
