About The Role We are seeking two part-time Receptionist/Administration Assistants to join our team at the Juniper Home and Community Care site in Bentley, with the possibility to work at our Karrinyup hub if required. Responsibilities include managing phone calls and service inquiries, filing, data entry, record keeping, and other administrative duties. You will work in a friendly team environment, engaging with and supporting customers, requiring a professional, friendly, customer-focused, and flexible approach. Availability to work either Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, is essential. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors. Provide administrative support to various teams including Home and Community Care, Allied Health, and Clinical Services. Handle customer and stationary orders, raise purchase orders, and follow up with suppliers. Manage emails from customers, team members, and vendors. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, word processing, and photocopying. Maintain records to meet reporting requirements. Key Requirements Relevant qualification (desirable). Experience in the aged care sector (highly regarded). Experience in a diverse corporate reception role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a confident phone manner. Proven customer service skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with attention to detail. Current drivers license (essential). Whats On Offer Hourly rate of $30.83 plus 11.5% superannuation.
