Now were selling online too!Were on the hunt for a natural trailblazer to lead our amazing and diverse team of Online Sales staff and volunteers. This position will head up our new Online Hub in Fyshwick, ACT.So, what are we looking for? Youre the type of person who is good with people and has experience motivating a team to achieve targets. Youre also tech-savvy and not afraid of a keyboard.RoleWith new items listed every day, and new volunteers joining most weeks - no day is the same at our Online Hub. Heres some of the things you can expect to do in this role:Provide leadership and direction to a team of staff and volunteers.Oversee listing creation from check in to photography and dispatch.Share your knowledge with new volunteers and team members to ensure everyone can hit the ground running when they join us.Ensure the office is safe at all timesLiaise with key stakeholders such as Store Managers, Area Managers and Warehouse Managers to ensure theyre across the Online Sales operationAbout YouWere looking for someone who meets the following:Youre a natural leader who can balance compassion and KPIsYou have experience managing a team in a retail or Online Sales environment.Youre a customer service superstar and have experience managing complaints and general feedback.You can be relied on to get stuff done. Youre not afraid of meeting targets and prioritise tasks to get the job done.Youve got the gift of the gab when it comes to relationship and stakeholder management.Youre a stickler for WH&S and have been known to spot potential risks before they become an issue.Youre familiar with Online Sales platforms.
